Econolite is hiring a full-time Talent Acquisition Partner to own the full recruitment lifecycle and serve as a strategic talent advisor to hiring managers and business leaders. The role covers sourcing, screening, interviewing, offer negotiation, candidate experience, talent-market intelligence, recruiting analytics, employer branding, and internship and early-career programs across technical, engineering, manufacturing, corporate, and leadership disciplines. Candidates need a bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience, five to eight years of progressive full-cycle recruiting experience, and strong stakeholder-management and sourcing skills. The position offers a base salary of $85,000-$95,000 per year plus benefits.
