Unit4 is hiring a Talent Acquisition Programme Intern in Lisbon to help design, organise, and launch an international internship and early-careers programme. The role covers programme planning, university and candidate engagement, recruitment activities, intern onboarding and feedback, documentation, reporting, and process improvement, with support from the Talent Acquisition Operations Manager and colleagues across Talent Acquisition and People Experience. Fluency in English and Spanish is required, while prior recruitment experience is not; the internship offers exposure to programme management, recruitment, communications, and People Experience.
