Altasciences is hiring a Talent Acquisition Programs Specialist to support recruitment strategy and talent acquisition operations across Canada and the United States. The role focuses on coordinating internship, campus, referral, and workforce pipeline programs; supporting employer branding and recruitment marketing; preparing dashboards and reports; organizing events and candidate travel; and collaborating with recruiters, marketing, and communications to improve candidate attraction and experience. The position requires a bachelor's degree, 2–4 years of relevant experience, proficiency with common office tools and Workday, and bilingual English/French communication skills.
