The role supports Senior Recruiters through sourcing, screening, interview coordination, candidate communication, requisition management, and Greenhouse pipeline tracking, with the opportunity to manage requisitions independently. Candidates need a bachelor’s degree, at least seven years of recruiting and sourcing experience, preferably in a corporate professional services environment, and strong organizational and communication skills. The position requires office attendance on Tuesdays, Wednesdays, and Thursdays, with remote work on Mondays and Fridays, and pays $50.00 to $60.00 per hour.
