Kroll Bond Rating Agency, LLC is hiring a full-time Talent Acquisition Recruiter in New York to support Senior Recruiters with the full-cycle recruitment process and gradually manage requisitions independently. The role covers sourcing, screening, interview coordination, candidate communication, applicant tracking in Greenhouse, reporting, and process improvements. Candidates should have a bachelor’s degree, at least seven years of recruiting and sourcing experience, preferably in a corporate professional services environment, and strong organizational and communication skills. The position follows a hybrid schedule with office work on Tuesdays, Wednesdays, and Thursdays and remote work on Mondays and Fridays, with an annual base salary of $120,000 to $160,000.
