Description
The Talent Acquisition Representative manages staffing activities for a designated region, sourcing and screening candidates, maintaining applicant databases, coordinating background checks and onboarding, supporting job fairs and college recruiting, and training Colleague Resources Generalists. The role is hybrid and remote with reporting to one of four locations twice per month, requires recruiting experience using Workday, and prefers a bachelor's degree and PHR or SPHR certification.
