Scopely is hiring a Talent Acquisition Sourcer to join its Talent Acquisition team in Mexico City on a hybrid basis. The role owns and manages volume sourcing for complex searches, builds relationships with candidates and hiring partners, develops sourcing strategies, maintains a passive candidate pipeline, and uses data and AI to improve candidate research, outreach, market mapping, and workflow efficiency. Candidates need experience in global sourcing or talent research within technology or gaming, strong relationship-building and interviewing skills, time-management and organizational abilities, English proficiency, and AI fluency; mobile gaming and full-cycle recruiting experience are bonus qualifications.
