Description
The Talent Acquisition Specialist manages the full life cycle of recruiting for AJC Group’s Logistics and Food platforms across multiple countries. The role partners with hiring managers and leadership to translate manpower plans into hires, sources professional, commercial, sales, and procurement talent, manages agency relationships, maintains BambooHR data and recruiting dashboards, and owns long-term pipelines and reporting initiatives. The position requires a bachelor’s degree, 3–5 years of corporate full-life-cycle recruiting experience, sourcing and screening tool expertise, strong communication and organizational skills, and fluent English; professional Spanish is preferred.
