Description
The Talent Acquisition Specialist will recruit and identify qualified candidates for front-line positions for MDH Network, Inc. and its business lines, review resumes, search job boards, contact candidates, conduct interviews, coordinate hiring and pre-boarding, and introduce new hires to the company. The role reports to the Director of Talent Acquisition, requires a high school diploma and at least three years of recruitment, human resources, or training experience, and offers a day-shift schedule with medical, dental, vision, retirement, life insurance, tuition reimbursement, and other benefits.
