Vallourec is hiring a Talent Acquisition Specialist to manage full-cycle recruitment across multiple functions and levels, develop sourcing strategies, own job-posting and ATS workflows, improve recruiting processes and funnel metrics, coach interview teams, and partner with hiring managers, HR, marketing, and business leaders. The role requires a bachelor’s degree in a relevant field, 3–5 years of full-cycle recruiting or talent sourcing experience, strategic sourcing expertise, ATS proficiency, strong communication and process-improvement skills, and the ability to manage compliance and documentation.
