Hiire is hiring an HR Trainee for a three- to four-month curriculum internship in a part-time format of at least 20 hours per week. The role supports sourcing and candidate screening for European tech clients, manages applications and candidate communication in English and Portuguese, contributes to content creation and employer branding, learns AI tools for recruitment, and works on business development projects. The internship is 100% remote, offers exposure to international recruitment operations, and seeks candidates finishing a bachelor's degree or pursuing a master's in human resources management or a related field. Onboarding was intended for mid-September or early October 2026, with additional opportunities in early 2027.
