Hyve is hiring a Program Manager to lead cross-functional engineering development for L10 systems and L11 rack-level solutions. The role owns program schedules, project plans, risk and issue management, change management, and delivery from new product introduction through mass production, while coordinating internal and customer-facing teams and serving as the primary point of contact for program execution. The position requires a bachelor's or master's degree in engineering, business, marketing, or a related field, plus at least 8 years of program management experience in the server, data center, or IT industry. The anticipated base salary is $140,000–$175,000 annually, with benefits including FSA, HSA, mental health care, a 401K match, paid time off, tuition reimbursement, and other perks.
