The role serves as a subject matter expert for technical hiring, coaches hiring managers, develops sourcing and pipeline strategies, runs structured candidate-first interviews, and reports pipeline metrics. Candidates need at least five years of full-cycle technical recruiting experience, success with complex requisitions in electrical systems, hardware, manufacturing, or adjacent disciplines, and proficiency with sourcing tools.
