Mandatory experience hiring senior technology talent, including engineering managers, principal engineers, staff engineers, architects, AI/ML engineers, data scientists, platform engineers, and cloud architects
Hands-on experience using AI-powered recruiting platforms and GenAI tools for sourcing, talent intelligence, screening, candidate engagement, market mapping, and recruiter productivity
