IHDA is hiring an IT Program Manager to oversee and coordinate technological initiatives across the organization, manage cross-functional teams and Project Managers, and provide strategic oversight of the IT portfolio. The role covers project planning, budgets, schedules, risk and change management, vendor performance, systems testing, training, support, and continuous improvement, with a hybrid work arrangement requiring Illinois residency at hire. A bachelor’s degree and at least seven years of project management experience are required, with PMP certification desired.
